Brian May Resurrection (1992)
i love this song but this music video is so much 90s bluescreen cringe
My favorite summary of this music video is one of the top YouTube comments:
Director: Hey Brian, what special effects would you like in this video?
Brian: Yes.

Remembering George, four years on. R.I.P.

Queen, Bowie & Annie Lennox - Under Pressure rehearsal ,1992 .
George Michael sings along from the sidelines

I know in the final rehearsal with George Michael, Brian walks over to him and mouths “beautiful” which just… my heart. But what I never noticed, though I’ve watched Annie Lennox and David Bowie’s final rehearsal so many times, is Brian May’s quick glance at Annie at about 1:11.
Because that is a look of adoration towards Annie’s voice of which I thought only I was capable. To see one of my favorite artists appreciate my favorite artist of all time is slightly trippy and really cool to see.
I know Brian May and Annie Lennox met at the Freddie Mercury tribute and again at Nelson Mandela’s 46664 in 2003, but I would love to see them collaborate, even if it’s just a lockdown discussion over IG Live or something. Both of them are deeply passionate about the environmental conservation and human rights. Both use their social media to speak out as voices of reason. Both are soft spoken and introverted yet highly passionate.

As she took me right through the fog I see a beautiful city appear Where kids are playin' and people are laughin' and smiling and No one's in fear
